Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Branch Intern to enhance the client experience at an Investor Center. You will work with experienced financial professionals, provide exceptional customer service, and gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning.

This 10-week, full-time summer internship runs June 7th, 2027 to August 13th, 2027, onsite at the Investor Center. Interns participate in the FIDTERN program, professional development, and networking while receiving coaching from managers

Qualifications

Undergraduate students in your junior year of college.
Interest in investing and wealth management.
Experience in customer service, retail, sales or banking.
Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of the current market, economy and economic trends.
Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Help deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients at the Investor Center.
Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
Participate in professional development programs and mentorship opportunities.
