Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Branch Intern to support client experience at an Investor Center. You will work with financial professionals to assist with investments, provide exceptional service, and develop skills in financial planning and wealth management.

This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7th, 2027 to August 13th 2027, on-site at the Investor Center. Through Fidelity's FIDTERN program, interns gain hands-on experience with mentorship, development programs,

Qualifications

Undergrad in junior year seeking summer internship.
Interest in investing and wealth management.
Customer service, retail, sales or banking experience.
Leadership in student organizations.
Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving.
Basic understanding of current market and economy.
Ability to promote customer loyalty while delivering great service.

Responsibilities

Assist with a broad range of investment products and services and support client experience at Fidelity Investor Centers.
Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and mentorship opportunities as part of FIDTERN.
Contribute to process improvements and support branch initiatives to enhance client and business outcomes.
