Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. invites ambitious students to join the Global Workplace Solutions Summer Associate program for Summer 2027. This full-time, paid internship places students in areas aligned with their strengths, providing real project work and mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree from a US university.
Expected graduation Spring 2028 (or earlier).
Prior experience or exposure to commercial real estate is preferred, but not required.
Ability to interpret financial documents.
Ability to gather, analyze, interpret and summarize data; advanced Excel skills preferred.
Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with client account leadership to understand account operations and financial requirements.
Gain exposure to multiple areas of the core business and help improve processes.
Develop recommendations for stronger financial and operational controls and standard reporting.
Analyze and plan portfolio optimization and increased flexibility based on market conditions.
