Your Role as an Assistant Teacher

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll team up with our Lead Teachers to bring our high-quality, play-based curriculum to life, aligned with Oklahoma QRIS and NAEYC standards. You’ll be a vital part of our classroom, helping little learners thrive through:

Supporting daily activities, from hands-on play to structured lessons, sparking curiosity and excitement.

Keeping kids safe and happy during classroom time, playground fun, and transitions.

Setting up engaging learning centers and preparing materials to create a welcoming, child-friendly space.

Offering individualized attention to meet each child’s unique needs, building their confidence and skills.

Collaborating with your team to keep families in the loop about their child’s day and milestones.

What We’re Looking For

· Education: A high school diploma is a must; coursework or a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is a bonus!

· Experience: Previous preschool or childcare experience is a plus, but a big heart for kids is what matters most.

· Qualities: You’re dependable, adaptable, and full of enthusiasm for helping young children grow. Team players with a caring spirit thrive here!
