Job summary

A leading community organization is seeking Aquatics Staff for Camp Watchaug in Charlestown, RI for summer 2026. The positions include Lifeguards, Boating Director, and Waterfront Director. Candidates must have a RI Lifeguard certification (or be able to obtain it), and experience supervising aquatic activities. Qualifications

• Must be 15+ for staff; directors preferred 21+.
• Current RI Lifeguard certification required or ability to obtain before start.
• CPR/First Aid & Boating Safety certifications needed for some roles.

• Lead and teach campers while providing a fun environment.
