Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking a Summer Analyst to join the Real Estate team in Cleveland, OH. This internship targets undergraduates graduating in 2027 or 2028 and offers exposure to private equity, market analysis, and investment decision support.

You will work closely with the investments team, analyze fund materials, and contribute to client recommendations and market research. A strong academic record and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
