Job summary

BDO Capital Advisors seeks an Intern to support transaction-related services, gaining exposure to sellside and buyside advisory, private placements, and valuation work. The role emphasizes financial modeling, research, and document preparation across industries while under supervision.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
• Completion of junior year of Bachelor’s program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct financial models focusing on transaction valuation via comps, precedent transactions, DCF, and other analytics.
• Prepare written materials: pitch books, memoranda, marketing collateral, presentations, valuation reports.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses; research industries and clients for deal sourcing.
• Support deal sourcing by researching potential clients and industries for pitch development and memos.
• Perform other duties as required.
