Job summary

Qualifications

• External Knowledge of: Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Investment Banking.
• Skill in: Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing; analytical skills; problem solving.
• Ability to gather information, identify linkages and trends, and apply findings to reports; organize and manage tasks.
• Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to assess debt and equity financing alternatives.
• Perform valuation methodologies, including DCF and comparable analyses.
• Provide input to equity offerings, valuations, private placements, and M&A advisories.
• Research, analyze, present, and document elements of developing transactions.
• Collaborate with Senior Bankers to create client presentations and materials.
• Analyze current events in industry groups to assess deal impact.
• Maintain databases for research and analysis.
• Perform duties requiring independent judgment and discretion.
