Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Capital Markets & Advisory Summer Analyst in San Francisco. This role is an individual contributor with a high level of responsibility within investment banking, focusing on debt and equity financings, M&A and financial advisory.

You will develop financial models, perform valuations, support senior bankers on client presentations, and participate in due diligence and drafting for transactions. Open to current undergraduates legally eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to assess debt and equity financing alternatives.

• Research and document drafting elements of transactions.

• Analyze industry events and assess impact on deals.
