Job summary

Wisconsin Public Service Corp, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, invites applications for an Intern - ADMS Network Modeler in Green Bay or Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This internship begins in May 2027 and runs through the summer as a full-time program. The position offers an hourly rate of $23.10 with paid company holidays.

We provide hands-on experience designing cost-effective systems, working with SCADA, GIS data, and ADMS network models alongside experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, IT or related degrees with a graduation date after July 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge and skills to build and maintain network displays for distribution, substation and transmission views.
• Completes SCADA mapping of electrical devices with assistance.
• Builds skills to analyze and validate auto-generated views.
• Completes analysis and troubleshooting for testing and commissioning new devices with assistance.
• Analyzes import GIS information, troubleshoots errors and develops solutions.
• Assists with symbols and symbol profiles within ADMS.
• Utilizes business standards to review, analyze and confirm network model and substation validations.
