Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a senior accounting student with graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting monthly, quarterly, and annual activities.
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet workpapers.
• Load and validate property-level financials and consolidate statements.
• Assist in year-end close and ad hoc projects.
