Job summary

The Silver Lining in West Bend, WI is seeking an Accounting Intern to support accounting and finance functions during the summer. You will help with reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical tasks, while gaining exposure to audit activities and automation initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a 4-year Accounting degree with a 3.5+ GPA and an interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve financial processes. This is an in-office role in West Bend.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support financial analysis and quarterly reporting.
• Assist with internal/external audits.
• Contribute to data analysis, reporting automation, and process improvements.
