Job summary

Vineyard Vines in Stamford, CT is offering a Summer 2027 Internship in Accounting & Finance for rising seniors. This 10-week on-site program runs June 7 through August 13, with daily hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and an emphasis on hands-on accounting experience, month-end close support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Interns will assist in general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting, participate in a group project for management review, and enjoy professional

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Completion of introductory accounting coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general ledger account reconciliations and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing schedules and gathering documentation.
• Assist with journal entry preparation and supporting calculations.
• Help maintain accounting records and ensure supporting documentation is properly organized.
• Assist with balance sheet and income statement account analyses to identify and research discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting functions as needed.
• Participate in special projects focused on improving accounting processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
