Job summary

Cherry Bekaert in Denver is seeking an Audit Intern to gain hands-on experience across client engagements and the public accounting profession. You'll work with multiple supervisors and use firm technology to apply accounting knowledge.

You will shadow professionals, participate in training, and contribute to marketing or research projects, while networking at social events and building a foundation for your future career.

Qualifications

• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.

Responsibilities

• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology
• Shadow Audit professionals of all levels
• Participate in team building and training initiatives

What you bring to the role:

The salary range for this position is listed below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Pay Range:

$30/hr - $40/hr
