Job summary

Voya Financial invites driven students to join a paid internship in a high-tech setting within the United States. You will work across diverse systems—from office productivity tools to security, networking, and web technologies—while applying data-centric solutions to real business challenges.

Eligible undergraduates in CS/IT/Analytics/MIS will gain hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Azure, Power BI, AI/Copilot, and cybersecurity basics, in a collaborative, feedback-rich environment that

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, MIS, or related fields.
• Preferred skills include Python, SQL, Azure, Power BI, AI/Copilot, cybersecurity fundamentals, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; detail-oriented with analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of systems from office apps to security, networking, and web technologies.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to apply technologies to business opportunities and challenges.

This paid internship will provide students enrolled in an accredited program the opportunity to work in a real world, high-tech environment.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related fields
• Preferred skills: Python, SQL, Azure, Power BI, AI/Copilot, cybersecurity fundamentals, Agile methodologies and related skills
• Self-motivated, excited about learning, comfortable working in a collaborative environment characterized by open sharing of feedback to achieve optimum outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with solid analytical capabilities – being able to see things differently than others with substance and relevance.

Compensation Pay Disclosure

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$25.00/hr-$30.00/hr USD
