onsemi is seeking highly motivated Engineering Students for a summer 2027 internship in East Fishkill, NY, on the 300mm Technology Development team. You will contribute to CMOS Image Sensor, 65nm CMOS BCD integration, or Advanced Packaging projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Interns will engage in developing new processes, evaluating materials, and troubleshooting to improve yield while collaborating with diverse teams and mentors across the organization.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior year of their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree.
• Proficient with lab equipment (oscilloscope, voltage/current probes, power supplies).

Responsibilities

• Join CMOS Image Sensor, 65nm CMOS BCD integration, or Advanced Packaging development teams.
• Develop and evaluate processes or control plans and troubleshoot issues to improve yield and device performance.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering to support ramp to volume manufacturing.
