Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Summer Sales Management Internship in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. You will gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer relations, and marketing strategy while working in a team-based environment alongside experienced professionals.

As a paid intern, you’ll work a 40-hour workweek for 10–12 weeks starting in May 2028. Eligibility requires currently being a junior and pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with a valid driver's license and clean record.

Qualifications

• Must be currently a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly team competition; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.

This Summer Internship offers compensation of $16 / hour and is located in the in the Wilkes Barre / Scranton territory. Our Flagship office is located at 400 Kidder St Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
