Job summary

HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Summer 2027 Renewables Intern to assist with routine assignments and support commercial operations under close supervision.

The role involves generating reports, reviewing renewables contracts and pricing, supporting feedstock distribution, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate invoicing and strong customer service. Office-based opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Excel (e.g., V-Lookup, pivot tables) and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task complex requirements.
• Intermediate reading, writing and mathematical skills; initiative and problem solving; results oriented with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating reports to monitor business performance and summarize KPIs.
• Assist in reviewing renewables contracts and pricing for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with feedstock and product distribution at Renewable facilities.
• Liaise with Refinery Accounting, Credit, Marketing, Tax, and Data Integrity to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure contract and pricing documentation complies with Audit and SOX requirements.
• Coordinate with scheduling, billing, and accounting groups to ensure invoices are prompt and accurate.
