HF Sinclair is seeking a Business Analytics Intern for Summer 2027 in Dallas, TX. You will support the Branded Marketing team with operational and financial analysis, market analyses, and reporting for Sales, Operations, Brand, and Pricing.

The role involves data visualization in Power BI, KPI tracking, and assisting with budgeting and project economics. Strong communication and Excel/Power BI skills are preferred; some coursework in business or related field required.

Qualifications

• Pursuit or completion of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly Operational Analysis for Monthly Scorecard.
• Analyze KPIs: volume drivers, pricing environment, distributor discrepancies, discounts or pricing outliers.
• Audit branded retail station project economics and branding assumptions.
• Validate site volume performance, loyalty program usage, product grades, and channel mix.
