Job summary

Dev Technology Group in Reston, VA seeks rising juniors and seniors for a Summer 2027 Internship. Interns will be based out of our Reston headquarters and contribute to Agile software development on a government project, plus a technical intern project with the team.

Qualifications include pursuing a BS in CS/IT, hands-on React UI and Node.js experience, and AWS Cloud Tools knowledge, with strong problem solving and teamwork. Must commute to Reston at least 2 days a week.

Qualifications

• Rising juniors/seniors pursuing a BS in CS/IT.
• Experience with React UI.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
• Must be able to commute to Reston, VA at least 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Work on a dynamic software development project for a government client.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
• Contribute to a technical intern project with the internship team.
• Assist with external software testing and documentation.
• Learn about other areas of the business through corporate meetings.
• Present group results to the executive team at program end.
