Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. invites students to join the WinField United Research & Development Lab Internship for Summer 2027 in River Falls, WI. The 11‑week program supports chemistry, biology, phenotyping and lab work, with hands-on projects and skilled mentorship.

Interns assist in trials, data collection, and analysis across greenhouse, growth chamber, and chemistry settings, gaining real-world experience in agricultural R&D.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, horticulture, plant science, plant pathology, or related field.
• Required GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing research trials and experiments in greenhouse, growth chamber, chemistry, and lab settings.
• Prepare materials and experimental treatments and operate research equipment.
• Collect and analyze data and support development of new WinField United products.
