Job summary

Land O’Lakes is seeking a WinField United FGI Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 based in Arden Hills, MN. The 11‑week internship offers hands-on experience supporting sales and marketing initiatives and a path into the WinField United Associate Program.

You will help develop marketing materials, campaigns, branding, and market analytics while shadowing account managers and participating in sales calls and field day planning. A GPA of 3.0+ and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as ag business, agronomy, ag economics, ag marketing, business, or MIS.
• Required GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing functions and tactics for WinField United FGI.
• Develop marketing materials, campaigns, branding, and market analysis.
• Assist in data analytics to extract consumer and market insights.
• Shadow account managers and participate in sales calls and field day planning.
• Learn territory management and basic sales concepts.
• Collaborate across teams to support sales and customer needs.
