Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Product Manager Intern for a 12-week program in San Mateo. You’ll shape how millions of users experience our platform, collaborating with engineers, designers and data scientists from ideation to launch.

You will build product features, partner with senior PMs on strategy and roadmaps, and write specifications while conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing data to uncover creator community needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics or a related field.
• Passionate about user experience and building products that delight our community.
• Curious about user experiences and what drives behaviors.

• Build product features that millions of users will interact with daily, sharing updates and learnings with stakeholders.
• Partner with senior product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to write specifications, experimentation plans and go-to-market briefs.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify community needs and opportunities.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

Education

Undergraduate/Graduate degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Business/Math or related field

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to enrich the way people play, connect and express themselves, driving product success from ideation to launch.
