The Personal Lines Sales & Distribution team partners with independent agencies to drive profitable growth, strengthen agency relationships, and support strategic business objectives. Through sales programs, agency engagement, territory management, and business development initiatives, we help agencies grow their business while delivering results for Nationwide.
Success on our team requires strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. Interns gain exposure to agency operations, sales strategy, territory management, producer engagement, and the independent agency channel while working alongside experienced sales and distribution professionals.

Nationwide pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement within the actual starting salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. The national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships is: $23 - $50
