Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in the Columbia, MO area designed for university students to gain real-world leadership and business experience. You will learn what it takes to run a successful business while working in a team-based environment.

As a paid intern, you’ll be placed at a rental branch and will rotate through activities such as fleet management, customer service, and marketing, with peers supporting your learning and growth throughout the internship period.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing, or management experience.
• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester (Dec 2027 or May 2028).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with start mid May to August.

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and overall business planning during the internship.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. This role is located at one of our rental branches with the Columbia, MO area!

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• No drug or alcohol related convictions on your driving record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start mid May to August .
