Job summary

Enterprise offers a Management Internship in the Cape Cod region, giving university students hands-on experience in running a branch and learning leadership fundamentals. You'll join a team-based environment and tackle projects alongside seasoned professionals across operations, customer service, and marketing.

You’ll complete intern projects, develop valuable skills, and may earn performance incentives or referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks in the May–August window.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies while building relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for incentives and rewards.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle/end of May through the middle/end of August.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
