The ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project is seeking a legal intern for a 10-week, full-time assignment. This role offers remote or hybrid work in San Francisco and a stipend of $24 per hour.

You'll draft memoranda, affidavits, and briefs; conduct legal and policy research; and create public education materials while tracking legislation. This position is open to U.S. law students based in the United States.
