FNBO is seeking a regulatory and information security law student to support governance research and policy development in a hybrid work setup. You will draft memoranda on regulatory topics and monitor laws from OCC, FFIEC, GLBA, PCI-DSS, and AI frameworks.

Provide support to the Information Security and Technology Compliance team by conducting legal and regulatory research, reviewing and preparing governance-related documents, and completing other tasks as assigned. Research includes federal and state laws and regulations governing national and state banks, financial holding companies, and information security and technology compliance requirements. Document review and preparation includes security policies and standards, regulatory guidance summaries, risk assessment documentation, contract reviews, third party security reviews, and incident response.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
