You will own an assigned Land project, work with mentors, and gain exposure to leases, contracts, titles, and surface-use negotiations while visiting field operations and interacting with cross-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include researching leases and agreements, confirming ownership, and presenting results to Diamondback’s executive team.
