Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Development team to assist with site design for upcoming development projects and support various activities related to land planning, technical drawings, due diligence.

Qualifications

• Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or related program

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects.
• Support activities related to land planning and technical drawings.
• Review project due diligence materials, site and municipal requirement research, and prepare presentation materials.
• Assist Development team with additional project items and tasks.
