• Completed at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, economics, accounting and/or data science.
• Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA).
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in procurement projects and initiatives that advance a specific departmental goal or framework.
• Collect, review, analyze, and summarize relevant third party data and build PowerPoints for stakeholders.
• Support sourcing activities with market research, supplier comparisons, RFP documentation, and bid analysis.
• Research industry trends, procurement best practices, and emerging supplier capabilities to inform strategy.
• Contribute to process improvement by documenting current-state workflows.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, or trackers for visibility into procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, finance, and other stakeholders to understand procurement functions and decision-making.
