Precision AQ is seeking Summer 2027 Interns to join our Market Access Consulting team in New York. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience on real client engagements and a pathway to a potential full-time role after graduation.

You will work alongside senior consultants, conduct primary and secondary research, assist in preparing client-ready deliverables, and develop skills in market access, health economics, and data analysis over an eight-week commitment.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, PharmD, MPH, MBA, or other relevant degree program.
  • Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029 for undergraduate students, or within one year of graduation for advanced degree candidates.
  • Academic concentration in Life Sciences, Public Health, Economics, Business, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, consulting, or market access.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research using internal and external sources to address client business questions.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Support the development of strategic recommendations based on research findings and market insights.
  • Identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions from complex information.
  • Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Participate in project team meetings and support follow-up activities.
  • Seek, receive, and incorporate feedback from team members and project leaders.
  • Support business development initiatives and proposal development activities as needed.
  • Participate in a collaborative intern project alongside fellow Summer 2027 interns.

We are seeking motivated, intellectually curious Summer 2027 Interns to join our Market Access Consulting team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on consulting experience while working alongside industry experts on real client engagements.

As an intern, you will function in a role similar to a full-time Analyst, contributing directly to project teams and client deliverables. Depending on business needs and project availability, you may be staffed on a single project for the duration of the internship or support multiple projects throughout the summer.

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of eight weeks during Summer 2027.

What You Can Expect

During your internship, you will:

  • Work closely with project teams to understand client objectives, project plans, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Learn how market access consulting supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of therapeutic areas and healthcare challenges.
  • Develop research, analytical, and presentation skills through meaningful project work.
  • Participate in a structured intern program, including networking and professional development opportunities.
