Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
BWE’s Digital Enablement team invites a Summer Intern to gain hands-on exposure across business analysis, AI/app development, and data engineering with Databricks. You’ll translate needs into user stories, help design solutions, and support data integrations.
This internship blends business and engineering, offering mentorship and a real project you can discuss in future interviews, with exposure to three career paths in a collaborative environment.
BWE’s Digital Enablement team is looking for a Summer Intern who wants hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of a digital solution — from understanding a business problem, to designing an AI-powered or reporting solution, to building the data pipelines that make it work. This role sits at the intersection of three disciplines: business analysis, applied AI/application development, and data engineering (Databricks). It’s a great fit for a student who’s curious across all three areas rather than narrowly focused on just one.
You’ll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, help shape and build custom applications or reporting tools that meet those needs, and support the data integrations that power them behind the scenes. Depending upon your background, we will focus your internship experience either on the business or engineering aspect of the department while giving you exposure to your non‑focus area.
