Job summary

Holliday Sand & Gravel Company, a CRH company, invites college students to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program as an Administrative Support intern on-site in Kansas. You will engage in real on-site work across construction, mining, and production facilities, gaining hands-on exposure to safety, compliance, and project support.

You will analyze data, develop process ideas, and contribute to capital projects while building professional skills and presenting a capstone project to executives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Hold a valid driver’s license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
• Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.
