Ryan LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern in Transfer Pricing to work with subject matter experts on multi-state and international tax projects. You will gain hands-on training while identifying tax savings opportunities for Fortune 500 and 1,000 clients, in a team-based environment.

• Anticipated graduation within one year of the internship.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 in overall and major GPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service to multi-state companies to identify tax savings opportunities.
• Assist with state and local tax controversies, including hearings and protests.
• Research and draft memoranda on state and local tax questions.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.
• Review documentation and research issues; work with raw data for calculations.

As an Intern you will work side by side with subject matter experts in a team-based environment to identify tax savings opportunities for Fortune 500 and 1,000 clients.
