Job summary

Estipona Group in Reno is seeking a graphic design intern to join our creative team this summer. You’ll help concept and design work for posters, digital ads, websites and branding under the guidance of the Art Director.

This paid internship runs May 17 through August 13, 2027, with 30–40 hours per week and mostly remote work, plus in-person meetings in Reno. You’ll gain real-world design experience, build a portfolio, and learn what it’s like to work at a full-service agency.

Qualifications

• Current students or graduates enrolled during Spring 2027.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
• Interest in posters, digital ads, websites and branding.

Responsibilities

• Support the creative team with hands-on design work using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and Figma.
• Design for social media, digital ads, print, branding and websites.
• Participate in brainstorms and collaborate on concepts.
• Assist with production design: resizing, organizing and packaging files.
• Learn and apply feedback to revisions.

Estipona Group is looking for a graphic design intern to join our creative team this summer. You’ll help concept and design work for a variety of agency clients — from posters and digital ads to websites and branding. This is a paid, mostly remote internship with weekly in-person meetings in Reno.

You’ll leave with real-world experience, portfolio-ready work and a clear picture of what it’s like to work at a full-service agency. You’ll learn a lot, and have fun while doing it as part of a collaborative, close-knit team.

• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Bonus points for Figma, video editing, and Canva experience)

• Live in Reno/Sparks and have a valid driver’s license

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the creative team with hands‑on design work using Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, Canva and Figma
  
• Designing for multiple platforms, including social media, digital ads, print, branding and websites
• Participating in brainstorms and collaborating on creative concepts
• Assisting with production design, including resizing, organizing and packaging files
• Contributing ideas during creative meetings and brainstorms
• Helping with administrative tasks related to design projects
• Accepting feedback and revising designs as needed
• Actively seeking opportunities to learn new techniques and software
