Enterprise Holdings at MSP International Airport is seeking a Seasonal Fleet Logistic Coordinator to oversee the fleet for Enterprise Mobility brands at both terminals. Reports to Fleet Logistics Supervisors; roles begins as early as April 19, 2027.

The position is seasonal full-time at MSP, with a 180-day limit, located at 4901 Glumack Drive, St. Paul, MN 55111. Starting pay is $20/hour, with schedules Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:00am-6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work seasonally (full time) not to exceed 180 days of service.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement for the airport fleet.
• Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle exchanges with vendors.
• Assist with maintenance tracking and repair coordination.
• Support branch managers and drivers at both terminals.
• Utilize fleet systems (Unit Services, RALPH, Odyssey, eCars) for vehicle moves.

Overview

Enterprise at the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Airport currently has an opening for a Seasonal 2027 Fleet Logistic Coordinator! This position will manage the fleet for all three Enterprise Mobility brands and will report to our Fleet Logistics Supervisors.

Seasonal employees cannot exceed 180 days of service.This is a seasonal full-time position, starting as early as April 19th, 2027 and ending before October 15th, 2027. This position is located at MSP International Airport 4901 Glumack Drive St. Paul MN 55111. The starting pay for this position is $20/ hour.

The Fleet Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the movement and cleanliness of the entire fleet of vehicles at the both terminals. The position will also coordinate facility maintenance and help manage out of service vehicles at both terminals. The ideal candidate must have a strong detail orientation, be highly organized and self-motivated! Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement on and off the lot for the entire fleet at the airport
• Make and take calls from outside organizations regarding vehicle exchanges and recoveries
• Help manage driver activity to and from the airport including: coordinating pick ups and drop offs on and off site with vendors to and from a variety of locations
• Utilize the following computer systems to perform moves on sold vehicles and vehicles needing repairs cars (Unit Services, RALPH, Odyssey and eCars)
• Track and segregate vehicles based on movement type such as cars that have been sold, cars needing preventative maintenance, and cars that are being recalled
• Provide support on special projects such as title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking on vehicles, turnback recording, etc., as required
• Provide assistance to Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and Vehicle repair where needed
• Coordinate the movement of off airport drops. It would include at National/Alamo licensee locations, location where there is no Enterprise Mobility, impounded vehicles, etc.
• Assist with the daily maintenance of both terminals, including but not limited to: pressure washing, plowing and salting ofon and off-site lots
• Coordinatefacility repairs with approved airport vendors.
