Qualifications
- Open to rising juniors and seniors with GPA 3.0+.
- Interest in Finance not required to major in Finance.
- No prior knowledge required but interest in financial markets.
- Prepare for and take the SIE exam.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic, leadership and teamwork.
- Capstone Project/Final Presentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of client verticals and fixed income products.
- Support financial strategies team with assigned projects.
- Utilize back-office system, working with support groups.
- Support sales team and learn how products are sold to the buy-side.
- Assist trading and underwriting teams in new issue and secondary markets.
- Assist with weekly commentary publications.
