Within Finance & Strategy, interns gain exposure to the financial and strategic functions that support Huntington's business objectives and long‑term growth. Students partner directly with professionals to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives while developing knowledge of financial planning and analysis, treasury management, investor relations, accounting and controllership, tax, and corporate strategy. Opportunities may include Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), where interns assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis; Treasury, focusing on liquidity, funding, and capital management; Investor Relations, supporting shareholder communications and financial messaging; Tax, gaining exposure to tax reporting, compliance, and planning activities; Controllership, contributing to financial reporting, accounting processes, and internal controls; and Strategy & Ventures, helping evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Interns may also support specialized finance teams, such as Commercial Banking FP&A, Corporate & Strategic FP&A, and Consumer & Regional Banking FP&A, gaining insight into how financial analysis drives decision‑making across the organization. Interns will gain hands‑on experience and exposure to the teams, processes, and decisions that help drive Huntington's growth and performance.

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Colleagues in Intern positions are eligible for paid holidays and Huntington’s retirement savings plan.
