Job summary

SC&H Group seeks an entry-level Staff for Enterprise Advisory & Transformation in Columbia, MD. You will assist with budgeting/forecasting and close/consolidation projects for Fortune 1000 clients, configuring Oracle EPM and OneStream CPM, and delivering client trainings.

Expect hands-on learning and mentorship in a fast-paced team setting. Recent grads with a 3.4+ GPA are encouraged to apply, and reliable transport to Columbia is required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience; GPA 3.4+ for grads.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work products and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with budgeting/forecasting and close/consolidation.
• Configure Oracle EPM and OneStream CPM for clients.
• Support hands-on client training sessions.
• Collaborate in teams to reach organizational goals.
• Explore Oracle/OneStream cloud technologies and learn from observers.
