Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting in Minneapolis is offering a 10-week Finance Transformation Intern position focused on enterprise technologies like OneStream and Oracle EPM Cloud. The program targets students graduating in 2027/2028 with finance, accounting or data analytics backgrounds, and emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and potential post-graduation

Qualifications

• Projected 2028 OR fall 2027 graduate with a Bachelor's Degree focused in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in both finance and technology, with a desire to explore consulting as a career.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; exposure to ERP, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client and internal project meetings with senior consultants and business leaders.
• Assist with key phases of the project life cycle - from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
• Learn how consultants approach real-world business challenges and craft innovative solutions.
• Gain exposure and training to EPM technologies (OneStream, Oracle EPM Cloud, etc.) that shape the future of corporate finance.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, with the chance to see your work applied to live projects.
• Create and deliver a capstone presentation to firm leadership at the end of your internship.
