First Quality is seeking students for its Summer 2027 Internship Program at the Macon, GA site. Internships cover Controls, Maintenance and Reliability, Process, Product Development, Quality, and Safety with real projects and results.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering‑related degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, 0–3 years of experience (academic projects OK), and a strong, multi‑tasking team‑oriented mindset. Relocation to Macon for the summer is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or progress toward degree) in an engineering‑related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 0–3 years of experience, including academic projects.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with ability to multi‑task and re‑prioritize as necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Open to relocate to Macon, GA area for the summer.

Responsibilities
