Job summary

Allianz Life is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our Distribution Sales Strategies team in Minneapolis. You will assist with distribution content, events, and training, while gaining exposure to market analysis, reporting, and content development for distribution sales.

You will work full-time during the summer program, collaborating with teammates to deliver accurate information, analyze trends, and enhance sales support using AI tools.

• Analyze market trends and competitor analysis to contribute to the development of distribution sales strategies.
• Support the team in managing distribution sales accounts and understanding customer needs.

• Compile reports and presentations to present findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of content for distribution sales.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of distribution sales strategies.
• Conduct research on training attendees satisfaction to contribute to enhancing our distribution sales support.
• Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to distribution sales teams.

Job posting range $20/hr - $24/hr

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
