Job summary

Moss is offering a Project Engineer Intern role in New York. You will assist the project team with planning and daily execution of a construction project from the ground up, under tutelage of project managers and superintendents.

As a recent graduate or student in construction management or engineering, you will gain hands-on experience, engage with procurement, shop drawings, and safety programs, and have the possibility of a full-time position after graduation.

Qualifications

• Recent grad, actively pursuing or interested in construction management, engineering, or closely related field

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site project manager and superintendent in managing the construction of the project
• Material and equipment - procurement & expediting
• Shop drawing, submittal review & coordination and participation in documentation of coordination meetings
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractor field installations and quality control
• Manage document control process, including RFIs and contract document changes
• Assist with jobsite safety program
