Job summary

Moss is seeking a Project Engineer Intern in New York to support the project team on building construction programs from ground up. You will assist project managers and superintendents with planning and day-to-day execution on site.

As an intern, you will collaborate across procurement, shop drawing reviews, coordination meetings, safety programs, and documentation control, with potential for a fulltime position after graduation.

Qualifications

• Recent grad, actively pursuing or interested in construction management, engineering, or closely related field

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site project manager and superintendent in managing the construction of the project
• Material and equipment - procurement & expediting
• Shop drawing, submittal review & coordination and participation in documentation of coordination meetings
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractor field installations and quality control
• Manage document control process, including RFI's and contract document changes
• Assist with jobsite safety program
