Job summary

Keeley Construction is seeking Construction Management Interns to join our Operations Groups in Summer 2027. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple projects and collaboration with senior leaders on site in Phoenix, AZ.

Interns will support project teams, learn safety practices, and develop essential construction management skills through real-world tasks and meetings.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
