Job summary

Keeley Construction is offering a Summer 2027 Construction Management Internship in Phoenix, AZ. Interns will support senior staff on multiple projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and help maintain project schedules while adhering to Keeley’s safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers on multiple projects.
• Monitor and coordinate Subcontractor field work; liaise with Superintendents and PMs.
• Review and update project schedules and attend project meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and adhere to safety policies.

Keeley Construction is looking for Construction Management Interns to join our Operations Groups in Summer 2027.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers for multiple construction projects.
• Communicate and monitor Subcontractor field work.
• Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers on the job.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings.
• Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects.
• Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies.
• Support Keeley's mission, vision, and values.

Minimum Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intuitive listener with high aptitude for learning.
• Results oriented and organized multi-tasker.
• Problem solver with innovative ideas.
