Job summary

Keeley Construction is seeking Construction Management Interns to join our Operations Groups for Summer 2027. This internship offers exposure to multiple projects, direct support to PMs and engineers, and hands-on schedule review and meeting participation.

You will learn Keeley’s safety culture, contribute to project execution, and gain experience across construction management disciplines while working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers on multiple projects.

• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers on site.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings and document decisions.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects with quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intuitive listener with high aptitude for learning.
• Results oriented and organized multi-tasker.
• Problem solver with innovative ideas.
• Self-starter and not afraid to ask questions.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
