About The Position

The Completions Mechanical Engineering team in Appleton, WI is seeking enthusiastic and driven students for a summer internship within our Completions Structural Engineering group. If you’re passionate about engineering and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Principal Responsibilities

Responsibilities primarily involve mechanical engineering design, modeling, and drafting of new and derivative versions of interior furnishings and wire harnesses as part of outfitting new Gulfstream business aircraft.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
• Proven leadership skills on-campus or in a previous work atmosphere.
• Previous internship experience a plus.

Education And Other Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:

• Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
• Rotation Requirements: Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation.
• Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).
• Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
