Job summary

Gulfstream, a division of General Dynamics, invites a Summer 2027 Completions Mechanical Engineering College Intern to join the Appleton, WI team. You will contribute to the Completions Structural Engineering group, gaining hands-on experience in design, modeling, and drafting for interior furnishings and wire harnesses of Gulfstream business aircraft.

Rotation-based program: Juniors 2 rotations; Seniors/Graduates 1 rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be available to work on-site in Appleton, WI during Summer 2027 (May 2027 start).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded) listed on resume.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical engineering design, modeling, and drafting of interior furnishings and wire harnesses for Gulfstream aircraft.
• Support outfitting of new Gulfstream business aircraft through hands-on engineering tasks.
